In the next page, under Program Category, chose: "Ulpan and Languages"
Then chose the program:

For students of Jewish Studies in Europe:
The Rothschild Foundation (Hanadiv) Europe, will be funding 6 grants of up to £1,000 for graduate students and post-doctoral researchers of Jewish Studies in Europe who will be attending the language course, in order to gain or improve upon the language skills necessary for their research.
Post-doctoral applicants must have received their doctoral degree no more than 5 years before the closing date of the current grant round.
