The Phonology Circle
TAUPhonC - Tel Aviv Phonology Circle
The Israeli Phonology Circle of the Linguistics Department at Tel-Aviv University serves as a stage for lectures on phonology (and related fields) and discussions on various phonological issues. The meetings take place about twice a month on Sundays (18:00-19:30) in Webb 401. Lectures will be delivered in either English or Hebrew, depending on the lecturer's preference. Linguistics students, phonologists, phoneticians, and other interested parties are welcome. Basic phonological knowledge is required.
Any independent study of phonology (and related fields) can be presented: ongoing studies, published studies, seminar papers, and papers in various advanced courses. If you would like to present your work, please contact Eugenia Kosolapov.
